Delivery Policy

By placing order on this site (www.lartfloraldesign.com) you agree to pay the shipping and any handling charges shown on this Site to the addressed provided by you. L’Art Floral Design reserve the right to increase, decrease and add or eliminate charges from time to time and without prior notice, therefore, you agree to check all charges before placing an order or signing up for a service. Any shipping or handling charges may or may not reflect actual costs.

All order will be delivered based on the date selected by clients. Please take note all online orders must be made 2 days in advanced. For urgent delivery, please contact us directly at +6016-2122712 (JEAN)

VALENTINE’S DAY & MOTHER’S DAY DELIVERY (IMPORTANT)

For orders made to be delivered from 10th to 16th February 2022 and 8th to 12th May 2022, customers are not able to request a preferred delivery time slot, and all deliveries will be made between 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. This is to maintain the efficiency in our operations as the period surrounding Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day is our busiest period. We are unable to promise time-specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and to maintain the efficiency in our operations.

FOR SAME DAY ORDER

We are unable to accommodate delivery time slot requests or time-specific deliveries for same day delivery. This is to maintain fairness to all our customers and to maintain the efficiency in our operations. All deliveries will be completed between from Monday to Saturday at 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Pick up is available for same day order only at our florist location of PT9770, Persiaran Rasah Kemayan 1, Seremban 2, 70300 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. For our customer who has placed order for same day order is required to have payment made immediately or at least before 1.00 pm. Failure to do so may result in your order placed not being able to be processed in time and we shall not be held liable for any compensation to you or any third party resulting from such delay.

FOR ADVANCE ORDER

We deliver our items from Mondays to Saturday between 9.00am to 6.00pm and for item to be delivered on Sunday is between 9am to 12pm. In event of peak periods, our delivery service can be completed between 9.00am to 6.00pm. Customers will be informed should there be any delays.

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postal code and contact number of the intended recipient, together with your contact number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

Please note that it is your full responsibility to ensure the recipient will be at the provided address to receive the item during the intended delivery date.

Please note that if the recipient may not be home to receive them, we recommend that you have the item to be delivered to their workplace instead.

Our delivery areas are physical addresses within Seremban, and selected areas in Negeri Sembilan. For other states order placed to be delivered within West Malaysia will be entitled an additional charge added into your order. Under standard delivery procedure, we are unable to deliver any item addressed to a PO Box.

Please be aware that the delivery person will deliver the item to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address or if the recipient refuses or fails to return the item. If the recipient fails to make contact with us or the delivery person in good time, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to either the same address or an alternative address.

We do not guarantee the delivery to be on time and we shall not be held liable for any failure to perform in our obligations whereby such failure is a result of natural phenomena (severe weather conditions and natural disasters such as heavy rain, storm, flood etc.).

FOR SPECIAL INSTRUCTION COLUMN

We will try our best to accommodate, but are unable to promise time-specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and to maintain the efficiency in our operations. Kindly refrain from including unusual requests such as;

Preferring a specific gender for the delivery person, or taking a photo/video of the recipient receiving the item, or sing birthday song upon delivery, etc.

We regret that requests such as the above or similar, cannot be acceded to.
