1. When Ordering Please Enter The Full Address Including The Postcode Of The Recipient. We Will Not Be Held Responsible For Items That Are Not Delivered Due To Incorrect Details.
2. By Completing Your Orders, You Are Consenting To Be Bound By Our Terms And Conditions Contained In These Terms And Conditions And Appearing Anywhere On The L’Art Floral Design
3. Submitting Your Order Is Subject To Our Acceptance Of This Offer. We Will Send An Email Confirmation Of Your Order Details To Advise That We Are Processing Your Order Via The Email Address You Provide. We Will Not Consider Ourselves Bound By A Contract With You Until We Have Issued This Email Confirmation.
4. We May Require The Order To Be Placed By 24 Hours In Advance. As Always Ordering With Advance Notice Of 1-2 Days Is Preferred, But Not Always Required For Optimal Freshness Of Any Floral Order.
5. Same-Day Orders Are Processed Immediately, And Usually Cannot Be Changed. Due To The Urgent Nature Of Florist Delivered Products We Are Unable To Cancel Or Change Orders Already In Process At The Florist, Enroute Or Delivered.
6. Any Changes Of Particular (E.G. Receiver’S Address, Messages, Etc) Must Be Make Within 6 Hours In Advance Or The Day Before.
7. Cancellation Of Orders Will Be Subject To 20% Handling/Processing Fee.

1. This Return and Refund policy shall only be applicable for item purchased via L’Art Floral Design Website only, www.lartfloraldesign.com.
2. Refund/Exchange of an Order. Return/Exchange/Cancellation is not allowed once part/full payment has been made according to item listed in the invoice.
3. Return/Exchange of Items or refund can be arranged under the following reasons:

• If a voucher code with validity of maximum 1 year (expiry date will be stated clearly with voucher code), may be issued in lieu of the refund (if any) at our absolute discretion on a case-by-case basis.
• As flowers are highly perishable items, we are unable to accept returns. We offer customers refund or replacement only if the item arrives in very poor shape or form (more than 50% of the flowers are wilted or dead).

4. If an item which was ordered and invoiced is not delivered, L’Art Floral Design shall either refund the Customer the value of that item, or replace the item with same value or lesser (the balance will not be refunded). Customer can exchange to higher value item BUT customer need to top up.
5. If any item which was not included in the Customer’s Order is delivered to the Customer, L’Art Floral Design shall collect the item from the Customer.
6. If the Customer has been charged for an Item which has not been delivered, L’Art Floral Design shall refund the Customer the value of the Item as originally charged to the Customer.
7. If the bouquet was picked up by buyer but only to be sent to the recipient the next day or after, the buyer is responsible to keep the flowers fresh and we will not be liable for the buyer’s neglect or mistreatment towards the flowers. Please ensure that the flowers are kept in a cold and well-ventilated area. Buyers must not leave the bouquet in anywhere that may be suffocating, hot, damp and/or under the sun. Kindly note that refund or exchange is not available in this case.
8. L’Art Floral Design are not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. We will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Item as displayed on the site when the Customer makes its Order, L’Art Floral Design shall refund to the Customer the difference.
10. All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. L’Art Floral Design shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
11. Handling/processing fee may be applied and the amount will differ in different situations. When handling/processing fee applies, it will be required otherwise refunding will not be available. 

We reserve the right to not include any photo or all photos in the video if photos have fallen into the conditions below:

1. Anything related to nudity and/or pornography.
2. Anything related to drugs.
3. Anything related to government or political issues.
4. Anything related to religious issues.
5. Anything related to intimidation, threat or violence issues.
6. Anything related to terrorism.
7. Any other issues we think that is not suitable to be included inside the video or against malaysia government law.

Please note that photos will be excluded from video without prior notification once we found out that it is not suitable to be used in video.

Bouquet size, shades, bloom size and color might vary from the pictures shown.

All flowers are perishable items and they are not guaranteed to be completely flawless.

All contents inside the website is for information only. We are not liable for any loss or damage, directly or indirectly whatsoever, loss of data or profit or any other matters which has negative impact to you due to use of this website.

L’Art Floral Design is not liable for any others issue which is not under our control or beyond our control.

L’Art Floral Design will not be available outside operation/business hours.

We reserve the right to reject or refund your orders. In the event of rejection, we will refund the payment received via the payment method used to place the order previously.
