In the event that certain flowers may not be available due to seasons and imported shipment, we will replace with flowers of a similar value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.

Same-day deliveries are available from Monday – Sunday for orders made by Monday – Friday 2:00pm, Sunday 12pm within Seremban, Negeri Sembilan areas.

Our standard delivery services are completed between 10:00am – 6:00pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to ensure time-specific deliveries as we need to maintain efficiency in our operations and fairness to all our customers.

Deliveries are available for any addresses within Negeri Sembilan area. However, there is an additional surcharge for further locations based on areas that will be calculated automatically during checkout (if available).

We recommend having the flowers delivered to an address where you or your recipient will be present on your delivery date to ensure flower freshness and to avoid any unforeseen circumstances.

Should you or your recipient fail to receive the flowers; a re-delivery service is available at an additional cost depending on your recipient’s location.
